Assignment: Run One Real Task Through the Formula
One sentence stating the result, three rounds of dialogue records, one sentence of retrospective — all three required; missing one means it does not count.
Goal
Take the formula and the three-round process from class, and run them on one real task of your own — keeping the whole process on record.
What earns the grade is not how polished the output looks, but whether the process can be checked.
Requirements
Submit only three things: one sentence stating the result, three rounds of dialogue records, and one sentence of retrospective. All three are required; missing any one means it does not count.
- The process must be kept: submitting only the result without the dialogue process does not count.
- Format: one document, or pasted directly into the submission area; within two screens, no long screenshots.
- Deadline: within 48 hours of the end of this lesson, based on the time shown in the submission area.
Recommended: fill in the bundled homework sheet (Word) directly and save it as 第1课作业-你的名字 before submitting.
Part 1: One sentence stating the result
Write all five parts of the formula, then combine them into one sentence: role + task + context + format + constraints.
| Five parts | What I wrote |
|---|---|
| Role: who AI should play | |
| Task: what it should do | |
| Context: what it needs to know | |
| Format: what the output looks like | |
| Constraints: what it must not do, what it must satisfy | |
| Combine: write the five parts as one sentence (your first prompt) |
This part sets the direction for the whole assignment. If a part is missing, write 'missing' in its cell and explain why it could be left out — that is far more convincing than a general line like 'I wrote a prompt.'
Part 2: Three rounds of dialogue records
Copy your prompts verbatim — do not polish them. Keep only the key excerpts of what AI produced; no need to paste everything. Fill in one table per round.
Round 1 · Define the final result
| Item | Fill in |
|---|---|
| What this round must produce | |
| The prompt I sent (copied verbatim) | |
| What AI gave me (key excerpts / points) | |
| My judgment this round: what was lacking, what the next round adds |
Round 2 · Define the current round
| Item | Fill in |
|---|---|
| What this round must produce | |
| The prompt I sent (copied verbatim) | |
| What AI gave me (key excerpts / points) | |
| My judgment this round: what was lacking, what the next round adds |
Round 3 · Check and correct
| Item | Fill in |
|---|---|
| What this round must produce | |
| The prompt I sent (copied verbatim) | |
| What AI gave me (key excerpts / points) | |
| My judgment this round: wrap up or continue |
Part 3: One sentence of retrospective
| Item | My answer |
|---|---|
| What AI helped with (which step it saved specifically) | |
| Which step had to be my own judgment (AI cannot replace it) | |
| One thing I will change next time |
Grading
| Level | Criteria |
|---|---|
| ⭐⭐⭐ Excellent | All three parts present; the five parts are complete and the combined sentence is directly usable; the judgment in each round gives concrete grounds; the retrospective names one human judgment AI genuinely cannot replace |
| ⭐⭐ Good | All three parts present; three complete round records; prompts copied verbatim without polishing; a specific retrospective |
| ⭐ Beginner | All three parts present; one real task run through three rounds; records basically complete |
The two most common reasons for missing ⭐⭐⭐: prompts were polished (so it is impossible to see what you actually sent), and the judgment column states feelings rather than grounds.
Submission requirements
- Upload screenshots of each finished assignment to the website to submit.
- Pick your favorite one: share it in the course group so everyone can enjoy your workflow.
A reminder: if the task involves client information, accounts, or internal materials, run it past the red lines from lesson three before submitting — de-identify confidential and sensitive information first.
